All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Because our 4Γ—3 feet wall calendar is a large-format product, each item is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic locations (within the country of operation)

International shipping availability will be announced in the future.

Due to the large size (4Γ—3 feet) of our wall calendar:

  • Orders may ship in protective packaging or tubes

  • Additional handling time may be required

  • Delivery may require access to a secure drop-off location

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.


❗ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
