Thank you for shopping with TheUltimateCalendar. As we sell a single large 4×3 feet wall calendar, please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

🔁 7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

  • It must be in original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping details (if applicable)

❗ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Address: Will be shared via email after return approval.

📦 Large Item Return Notice

Due to the large size of the calendar (4×3 feet):

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Sale or discounted items

🛠️ Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

  3. The replacement orders will be delivered within 7 - 10 days

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
